Here’s your chance –
Classes to become a Master Gardener are being considered for our area (Habersham, Rabun and White Counties) through the Habersham County Extension Office in Clarkesville, GA. It is a 12 week course that meets once a week, and covers a full range of plant and flower information. The program is offered through the University of Georgia. If you are interested in learning about plants and offering your skills to your community, this is a great opportunity for you to make that dream a reality. Contact Steven Patrick (Habersham Extension Service Agent) at 706-754-2318, or visit the website for the Habersham County Extension Office for additional information.
